Six weeks is not a compressed version of a six month programme. It is a smaller job.

Long programmes spend most of their time building agreement around every idea in the room. This does the opposite. Week 1 fixes one direction. Weeks 2 to 4 cut the portfolio to what that direction actually funds, and each survivor gets a written condition under which you stop it. Weeks 5 and 6 put one to three pilots into the world with an owner, a dataset, a vendor decision, and a measured baseline.

What takes six months is agreeing to do everything. Deciding what not to do is faster.

No. Readiness is one of the things we decide. It is not something you prove before we start.

Most portfolios split three ways. A few use cases your current data already supports. Several that need one specific, affordable fix. And a number that quietly assume data you will never have. Those three groups need three different decisions, and waiting treats them as one.

If the honest answer for a use case is that the foundation does not exist and will not exist this year, you should hear it in week three. Not after a year of platform work.

My work is deciding what deserves to be built, writing the conditions under which it gets stopped, and getting the first pilots running. What you are left with is something a delivery team can execute.

No. Client work is confidential, and nothing about your business appears in public content without your separate written approval.

I publish every week, so this matters. The worked examples in my public material are invented or built from several situations at once, and labelled that way. If you ever want to be named, that is a separate conversation and a separate yes.
