Your team needs you decided. Your board needs you confident. Your peers are competing with you for the same budget and the same job. The conversation you actually need, the one that starts "I do not know which way to go on this," has nowhere to happen.

Most coaching answers that with technique. The harder part is deciding under pressure, with someone who has sat in the chair.

How the four sessions work

Session one sets the contract. What you want to be true in three months, what is actually within your control, and how we will both know it worked. We also agree what stays in the room, which is everything.

Sessions two and three do the work. You bring the live situation. A decision you keep circling. A relationship that has stopped working. A role you have outgrown, or one you have just been handed. I ask, I challenge, and I stay quiet when quiet is more useful.

Session four consolidates. What changed, what you will keep doing, and what you can now do without me.

No curriculum. No assessment battery. You leave each session with something written down.

Who this is for

Senior leaders with real authority and something that has become personal rather than technical. A decision, a transition, a team, a relationship, a question about whether to stay. The topic is yours. It does not have to be AI.

Who it is not for

Anyone looking for a mentor who hands over answers, a consultant who does the work, or a coach who agrees with them. I will argue with you. That is most of the value.

If what you are carrying is stress rather than strategy, we measure it. I use an Oura ring and a Muse headband when you want recovery and attention tracked rather than described. Optional, and some leaders decline it.

Why me

Coaching is a discipline and I am trained in it. ICF-certified executive coach, certified mindfulness teacher, MBA lecturer in leadership.

That is the qualification. The difference is that I have also held the chair. Twenty years running AI and data organisations, most recently 240 people across EMEA. Country Manager, VP, CEO. I have made the calls you are about to make, including the costly ones.

Plenty of coaches have studied the pressure. Fewer have been under it.
